Food Network and New York Times featured Chef and Pit Master Corey Cash brings Southern flair to NYC. Best known for his concept Cash Only BBQ, Cash’s smoke is no joke. From 12-hour Smoked Brisket, to Pulled Pork, and also some of the best (if not only) Vegan Barbeque in New York.
Cash moved from Tampa, FL to New York City 10 years ago, working at notable establishments like Le Cirque, Masa, and Vaucluse. Bringing those fine dining techniques into Barbeque is what sets his smoke above the rest.
